Julie Nichols LMT, PNMT

Julie has been licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio since 2002. She is certified in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and has been an instructor for PNMT seminars since 2006. Julie is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and holds certifications in Fascial Movement Taping and IASTM.  Julie enjoys helping her clients learn to prioritize movement and self-care in their journey to pain-free living.

Naomi Goertz LMT, PNMT

Naomi Goertz, Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, loves learning and a good puzzle. She finds her joy and energy in increasing her knowledge of the body and expanding her skill set so she can more effectively help clients reach higher levels of wellness. Naomi is certified in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, and pulls from her bodywork toolbox including Muscle Energy Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, TMJ Dysfunction Treatment, and Swedish Massage to build a unique therapy session for each client. Apart from massage therapy, Naomi enjoys reading, making music, her pets, being outside, and diving into her newest interest, backpacking.

Sarah Washburn LMT

Sarah has been a licensed massage therapist in the State of Ohio since 2018. She is currently working toward becoming certified as a Precision Neuromuscular Therapist. Sarah enjoys helping people find natural remedies to pain as well as educating them about their bodies. In her spare time, Sarah is a Bharatanatyam dancer who has completed her arangetram through the Cultural Centre of India.

Samantha Kahn LMT

Samantha has been a licensed massage therapist since 2018. She is currently working toward certification in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy. Helping people in their journeys to feeling better is what lead her to become an LMT. She enjoys travel, sports (especially the Buckeyes), and her dog. 

Sterling Wells LMT

Sterling has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. In that time he has studied and utilized many approaches and modalities including sports massage, neuromuscular, injury rehab and recovery, myofascial and deep tissue massage. He pulls from his years of experience to create a customized therapeutic massage for each client, providing both pain relief and a relaxing experience.

Jessica Gromes PT, DPT, ​CDNT

Jessica is a licensed physical therapist and dry needling specialist. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2010. In 2013, she began her training in dry needling and in 2018, received her dry needling certification. Jessica’s passion lies in using her skills to help people who suffer from pain or movement limitations and want to maintain an active lifestyle.
